Workshops encourage dialogue and allow participants to receive new perspectives and develop new ideas. I offer modular workshops as well as tailored deep-dive sessions. Workshop duration based on needs. Quotes upon request.
Vision Workshop
Goal: Attendees will think expansively about the company or business unit and set a 5-, 10-, and 20-year vision for where they’d like to be.
Ideation Workshop
Goal: Attendees will generate new ideas through lateral thinking, using Design Thinking techniques.
Prioritisation Workshop
Goal: Teams will create a project backlog, using Agile techniques.
Branding Workshop
Goal: Attendees will align on the company’s brand promise and how it should be experienced and understood by customers.
Design Sprints
Goal: Teams will go from idea to testable prototype in 5 days with hands-on field experience.
Salons
A salon is a gathering of people, held to refine the taste and increase the knowledge of the participants through conversation. I host salons on topics ranging from pop culture to politics, curating the content and moderating the discussions.
Identity
In November 2017, I co-organized and moderated a panel discussion on Identity at the Bauhaus Campus. I invited three speakers who chose to tackle identity, diversity and inclusion within the domain of their work and workplace, and explored how they moved from a place of disempowerment to empowerment.
Media in the 21st Century
Goal: The current media climate is fundamentally different than it was 20 years ago. How do we, as media consumers, find truth amidst an array of sources and perspectives?
