I am a Design Strategist with business empathy, focused on achieving product/market fit. Passionate about solving systems-level challenges and bringing innovation and Design Thinking to the public sector, especially education and health.

I work along the complete cycle of innovation--from using ethnographic research to gather behavioural insights and designing innovative solutions to address complex systemic challenges, to working with relevant partners to create implementation pathways for ideas to become real and aid uptake of innovations.

Deep experience in: user research and testing, rapid prototyping (digital and non-digital), product design, service design, venture design, Design Sprints, Scrum, KPIs and OKRs. Certified Scrum Master, Scrum @ Scale Practitioner, and Design Sprint Facilitator.
